Plenary consortium meetings are organised twice a year, usually in spring and in autumn. They bring together representatives from all partners and work packages, with the primary aim of monitoring progress and synchronising work over the whole consortium. Planning of the forthcoming period (work plan, meetings, etc.) as well as decisions requiring voting from the Project Management Board are usually made at these meetings.

Code Camps are intensive coding events for developers. They are organised at least once a year, and bring together developers from different partners to exchange thoughts and to work on projects in a joint, concentrated manner.

Work Package meetings are organised in an ad-hoc manner, to bring together Work Package contributors in a physical meeting when needed. They are focused on discussions around current tasks as well as on detailed planning and synchronisation of work package activities.

User Camps are interactive forums for internal users and developers, where they can consult and discuss requirement and development priorities personally.
